We are planning for “NO Contact” Check-in’s and Check-outs. I am sure you will all miss the warm welcomes enjoyed in the past, as will we. We will ensure that you arrive safely at your croft by extra personal calls and WhatsApp’s and route , improved signage on the estate and better use of technology like Google map pins. Your croft will have undergone an extensive “Disinfection Process” with our redesigned housekeeping and maintenance teams. We will provide disinfectant sprays and hand sanitizer for your use in the croft. Ensure that you supply your own face masks/shield and observe the social distancing standards that we all are aware of. In our efforts to limit contact with company employees you will note many changes. Crofts will only be serviced before arrival and you will be supplied with all the cleaning equipment and chemicals needed for your stay. Linen, towels, guest’s amenities, firewood and charcoal will be provided as per your reservation delivered prior to your arrival. The Croft will look different in that we have removed many small items to ease the “Disinfection Process”. Look out for our new “Croft Information Boards” to guide you about the estate. Feel free to call for clarity at any time. Access to the Lodge and all the services enjoyed in the past will be temporarily suspended until further notice. In the case of an emergency we will as always be ready and waiting to assist.
